FAQs
Most likely yes — but the audit will tell you for certain. Most businesses using standard software are still running manual processes in between those tools. That gap is exactly where AI creates leverage. We don't recommend AI for its own sake. We recommend it where it will materially change how your business operates.
Off-the-shelf tools are built for everyone, which means they're optimised for no one. We build systems configured to your workflows, your data, and your team — then we maintain them so they stay effective as your business evolves. The difference is a generic tool versus an AI system that actually understands your operations.
Most systems go live within 2–6 weeks from scoping to deployment, depending on complexity and how many integrations are involved. The audit, if you start there, takes about 1–2 weeks. We move at a pace that doesn't disrupt your operations.
We start with a discovery call to understand your business. If you engage for an audit, we assess your operations and deliver a prioritised roadmap. If you move into a build, we scope the system, align on deliverables, build, test, and hand it over live. After that, retainer clients stay on a regular review and optimisation cycle.
Access to the right people — usually someone in operations or leadership — and enough context about how your business runs. We do the heavy lifting. We just need to understand your environment well enough to build something that fits it.
No. Setup engagements are standalone. That said, AI systems need ongoing maintenance — models update, integrations break, and optimisation compounds over time. Most clients stay on retainer because the alternative is watching a working system degrade. We'll be upfront about what you'll need to maintain it yourself if you prefer to.
That's what the scoping process is designed to prevent. We define what success looks like before we build, so there's a clear benchmark. If something isn't working post-deployment, we fix it — that's part of what the retainer covers. We don't hand over a system and disappear.
The AI Readiness Audit is the entry point — it's the lowest commitment and the highest-clarity move before any significant investment. There's no minimum beyond that. Engagements are scoped to fit what you actually need.
In most cases, yes. We build integrations into your CRM, communication tools, internal systems, and data sources as part of the setup. If something in your stack creates a hard constraint, we'll tell you upfront during scoping — before any money changes hands.
We define the metrics before we build. Whether that's time saved, volume handled, leads converted, or decisions accelerated — there's a number attached to it. Retainer clients get a monthly insights report showing exactly how their systems are performing.
